The National Lottery Heritage Fund distribute Lottery funding to restore, preserve and invest in sustainable futures for heritage. The Directors of HERA Regeneration have been working with the National Lottery Heritage Fund (formerly HLF) since 2001 across the whole spectrum of heritage, from public parks, the restoration and repair of Castles and Cathedrals to museums, art galleries and their interpretation, to the restoration of steam boats, lighthouses and bridges.
Our role involves providing expert advice, monitoring and mentor services for a wider range of grants programmes, including Parks for People, Heritage Grants, Townscape Heritage and Townscape Heritage Initiatives, and Landscape Partnerships.
We also advise on the Heritage Enterprise Grant (HEG) programme, providing development viability appraisals that help establish 'Conservation Deficit'.
HERA directors work across the United Kingdom from Glasgow to Folkestone, to Newcastle, Swansea and Whitehaven.
